Carefully cured with dry salt and homemade spice mix, our salmon is then cold smoked for hours with beech wood smoke. Prepared from fresh Salmon, 100% by À Table, our smoked salmon is great on pasta, quiche, salad or toast (with cream cheese, lemon and capers!).
